At First Glance

Here is what the space looked like at my first glance. I walked into the showing and immediately saw a great space with a good layout, plenty of light, and some great architectural features. I loved the fireplace, the windows, and all the crown molding. I saw the potential of how great it could be with a little work (maybe more than just a little work).
